People come and go, and that sucks.

Yeah, that's how life works doesn't it. You meet new people, then they leave you after making a big impact of your life.

I have a neighbor in the Philippines who I grew up with ever since I was 4 years old, we became close friends and I always need to go back here to study but I still play with him every vacation until it stopped when I reached the age of 11. It's sad how I was the one that left him, I feel like all our friendship was gone because of the separation that happened between us for awhile.

Now, my friends here in Dubai. Obviously, you can't stop encountering new people as you grow up. When I was 9, I moved out from our old house and lived in a building in front of a mall. Luckily, my mom was telling people that she's doing a car lift from our house to the school and vice versa. I didn't know I had neighbors till I met them during classes. The other one was my classmate, and we became playmates. He visits me almost everyday and we play play station 2 games .. and our favorites are Soul Calibur and SSX 2. He has an older sister and she graduated from high school when we were in 4th grade. So he had to move back to the Philippines so his family can keep an eye on her sister on her first year in college. So yeah, he left me and I had to find myself new friends again.

When I was in 4th grade, I was friends with Lausanne. She didn't leave me actually. But she WILL soon. We're friends since 4th grade till now which is 9th grade. So yeah, it has been a long time. And I can't believe she's also going back to the Philippines to study. WTF!

I don't really know what to do. Like, start not having friends or what. I just love my friends like that and I can't take it anymore how they leave from time to time.

Meet Barkada sa Uwian

I want to introduce you to the people who makes my day every time I'm sad/bored. They never miss a call every time I need them, but literally, they do. LOL! Anyway, let me start with the girls before the gays. I don't have guy friends, well I have one but we're not that close. Sucks for me. (BTW, this is arranged alphabetically)

Name: Guia "Coco" Marie Francisco Arevalo
Age: 14
Birth date: May 30, 1995
How Zehl sees her: She's likes taking surveys everyday, she has triple eye bags .. HAHAHA! it's because she drinks coffee all the time and she ends up sleeping at early mornings. She can't control herself from explaining such small details in life so my advice to you people is to be really precise about your point and what you're gonna say and! always use the right words. And .. she's quite similar to a midget. *HUGS.

Name: Kia Ces Yvonne "Kakai" Contado Contado
Age: 14
Birthdate: August 16, 1995
How Zehl sees her: Well, we have the same birthday and she's pretty weird. I mean, I'm weird myself and it's my first time to describe someone as "weird". She has her own world, and she's quite shy to the people around her and she doesn't like saying out loud about what she feels, she keeps it to herself and starts looking for other things that can make her happy. That's what I admire about her. And she's the shortest in our group but she sure have the biggest heart. AW? HAHA!

Name: Maria Lausanne "Cheng" Errea Dela Pena
Age: 14
Birthdate: January 22, 1995
How Zehl sees her: She's smart, and we look at her as our "ate". Though she has the loudest laugh, she's really sensitive to certain things. She wants to be thin, and she's determined if she wants to get something. She keeps vomiting the food she eats and continues eating after vomit ting. HAHA! Drums is her instrument, she can play it like WOW. Skater boys! warning: Don't get near her, or she'll eat you. Just kidding.

Let's move on to the guys, or gays .. or confused people. Haha! They bring colors the group and they're quite fun to be with and they can be serious too.

Name: Dioni "Diosa" Jr. Poblete
Age: 15
Birthdate: June 23, 1994
How Zehl sees him: He's not really gay, though he has a soft voice which makes him sound like a girl. He likes to edit pictures, buy the latest gadgets, and the SNSD. He likes being creative, and continues to practice by editing through photoshop or simple editors. He defends the things he likes, and just give up when it's already Guia talking. HAHA! We practice Kaba Modern choreographs and we think that Jabbawockeez is overrated even though they're really good.

Name: Paolo James "Pao" Balatbat
Age: 14
Birthdate: January 3, 1995
How Zehl sees him: Paolo, his mood changes every second. First, he's happy, then he's sad, happiness comes back, then he's mad. LMAO! but he's a very fun person to be with, if you want party, he'll throw one hellav a party. If you want him to be smart, he can tell you different kinds of things he know. He can be anyone, but he's dramatic all the time, but it's fine since he's a good friend. Even though he's not that outgoing or anything, he's always there every time his friends need him .. well, if he's not busy. HAHA.

So there, I like making fun of my friends since I see them as if they're my brothers & sisters. I love them like that, and yes .. They sure did make a big impact in my life. And that I'll never forget them.

Summer vacation 2009!

Okae, so I'm actually new to blogspot. I got it from Jem (she's my classmate), I always wanted to be a blogger. Anyway, my first blog is about my summer. My first day of Junior High started 4 days ago and I was pretty much excited at first then it got boring at the end of the day. But it was a little bit fun since I spent it with my bestfriend, though we aren't complete. Lausanne was absent and Kia transferred to TPS. Well this blog isn't about my first day of school, maybe that would be my next blog but I'll tell you what happened during my summer vacation 09.

First, people were shock how I'm not in the Philippines during July, June and August. Because I usually go back to the Philippines for vacation every year. So I stayed at home during summer, nothing in mind what to do for the coming weekends. Wait, no! I was actually looking for a summer job during early days of May to June. But here in Dubai, teenagers can only get a summer job at Modhesh, he's like the Arab Mickey mouse here. During May, I didn't see any new posts from the company about jobs during summer so I waited till June. Then I heard that my friend was applying at Modhesh 'cause her mom knows someone who's working there. I sent her me and my bestfriend's application to include it with hers (cause she's giving it to the management office). After a week, she called us and told us that we need to go to the Modhesh building to be interviewed. I brought my friends with me and we went there around 8 am even though we were asked to go there by 10 am. The reason why we were early it's because we don't have any transportation by 9:40 am, so we just went with our dads. Me, Paolo and Guia waited there for 2 hours, but tina came exactly 10 am. We went inside and we waited for someone to call us inside the management office. People got suspicious what we were doing around just seating so someone approached us and asked what we needed, we told him that we're going to apply for a job and he said that we can just go inside the management office. An Arab guy asked us what do we need, except this time he was the one who called us. So we told him that we're the ones whom he called the other night. Then shockingly, he told us that they're already full. WTF was that for right? It was so obvious that he was being a racist just because we're a bunch of Filipinos. He's a fvcking racist. We waited for 2 hours for nothing. Then someone called us again after a week, and the same thing happened. Fck Arab people, I don't care if I'm being a racist but they were so why is it wrong for me to be a racist now.

After that, me and my friends was a little bit dissappointed but we didn't let that take over us. I mean, who cares.. it's better to not have a job, you can party everyday. So we planned to go out and our first summer gimmick was at Dubai Festival City. I was wearing a skirt so that was a little bit hard for me to run around or do crazy stuffs. We went bowling and etc. then we waited till night so the mini-carnival would open. We started walking to the back of the mall (since it's wear the mini-carnival can be found) and started planning what to ride first. Kamikaze is a ride where it turns around and it stops at the top which was fun since we can see the whole view upside down. The funny thing was, that was the first ride we rode and Kia doesn't like heights so Lausanne was screaming at our back saying "Kia's actually dead! OMG!" and Kia looked like as if she was sleeping. Hahaha! After the Kamikaze ride, Lausanne and Kia wanted to stop but me and Guia are a bunch of adrenaline junkies so we wanted to ride another one .. we decided to ride this thing where it goes around without any safety belts or whatever, you just have to hold the rails. At the middle of the ride, my skirt was up so it was embarrassing since people were watching then the ride suddenly stop, we thought it was finish so we started fixing ourselves then suddenly it bounces at our edge and Guia fell and hit her head at the chair but wasn't that injured but I hit my side of my tummy at the hair and started feeling numb and can't stand up. My friends started helping me get up and the operator started mocking me and teased me by asking "do yo want more?" and started saying something in Arabic. I started crying since it really hurts so bad and I called my sister and she told me to call mom. I did and they were gonna pick me up at plug ins which is at the front of the mall so I have to walk my ass there with all the pain I'm carrying. When my mom came, she thought it was something serious but I didn't think it's something bad but it did hurt badly. So they told the reception about the whole story and I was carried to the hospital by and ambulance and P.S that was my first time. But it was fine, to think my friends were really worried .. that was quite flattering for me to know.

After a few weeks, my friends visited me then the next outing was every weekend and I sure did do a lot of new stuffs. Like, try ice skating, bowling, singstar, and all. I love how I spent my summer vacation here in Dubai. That was quite refreshing since I got used to the whole Hello-Philippines thing during summers.

So this is my summer story, how about yours? tell me something interesting.

8:19 pm: Totally jobless, just chatting with Anj and Paolo.
